Unable to edit lead status?

Hi all,

In sugar, I had a load of lead status for things like quoted, waiting for contact.

I can’t edit this in the studio, when I hit save and go back into it, it’s reverted to the defaults

Any idea?!

Help appreciated.

Check your file permissions. What type of hosting are you running suite on?

It’s done through Softaculous

Which files need to be writable?

A lot of files, we recommend using the following commands on the Suite installation directory:

chown -R www-data:www-data .
chmod -R 755 .
chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

Hi,

All of those files/folders are now 775, made sure it was recursive.

Any ideas?
