Unable to change password - 'Reports to' field is blank

Still me… I login as myself, let’s say USER-A Team manager role, click on USER-A at top right, access profile editing, go to change my password, when I click SAVE it fails because the REPORTS TO field appears empty

The config of the user profile, if checked by the Admin, is properly done including the REPORTS TO field

This is limiting the capability to change the password and other profile details by the user itself

Any hint is welcome

i have the same problem.

Has this issue been fixed somewhere? I’m still having the same problem even after upgrading to version 7.11.15

Maybe there’s an interim fix that can be applied in a Custom directory that’s future-proof.
