Unable Create a Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Targets and Campaigns

Dear Team,

Unable create any Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Targets and Campaigns, when I submit or save nothing is happening and staying there itself,

Just wanted to inform you that on top right hand side there is search option before that we option “+” from there I can able to create all,

Please help on this?

Maybe you have a permission issue.

Have you already updated SuiteCRM to latest version (7.8.1)?
Can you perform an Admin / Repair / Quick repair?

Dear Horus,

I’ve updated to latest version before I contacted to you that’s 7.8.1.

I’ve done the quick repair seems accounts are creating now. but not the contacts creation,

I’ve attached accounts creation empty page but some address fields are missing, please advise on this too.
