I have two questions. As a new user to SuiteCRM I am wondering if there is a way to connect to my FreePBX/Asterisk system so that I can get screen pops and such. And is there a mobile version? I have tried QuickCRM and although it appears to work, it is limited in the fields it offers. I have many new fields that technicians need to access for incormation and it just doesn’t show them.
There is no PBX integration with SuiteCRM yet. As regards mobile, QuickCRM is the option at the moment. If you would like a responsive theme/mobile design please post this in the Suggestion Box.
