Trying to embed images in email templates

I am trying to embed company headers into email templates and I am following the following link Embedding Images in Emails - SugarCRM Support Site . I attach the image and when I save the template the image appears on the template display screen, but when I send the email the image doesn’t display when received. I have tried this on my office 365 outlook and Gmail accounts and both don’t show the images but they are attached. I have checked the code in the template using the tool option:

Yes, incorrect URL.
Look at your “SRC” seems to be completely incorrect, it does not follow any photo …
(*) In this code is wrong: src = “public / bacba306-d00e-356b-dbfa-61d437456874.jpg”

  1. / correct the URL: src = “https://www.w3schools.com/html/img_girl.jpg” :: Try if you see the girl?
    2./ Or upload to your host and get “full URL” :: src = “https://my-demosite.com/upload/demo-photo.png”

Hi Hoasenvang7799,

We adjusted the image URL as you said and the images appear when I send the email directly to my outlook account but when I send them to Gmail or Yahoo account they appear as broken images.

I also tried sending the email as part of a workflow and the images didn’t work on any account I sent it to, they all show as broken images in Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo, is there an additional setting required for images in email templates through Workflows,

Thanks you for your assistance, we have resloved this issue, we added the images required to our main site and adjusted the code in the email template to reflect the change and it works.
