Triple Notifications on Lead Assignment

When a particular user creates and assigns a lead, the new lead owner gets 3 email notifications every time.

I can’t find any workflow that’s triggering this. Also, it only seems to be happening for one user.

How can I trace what happens when someone assigns a lead to someone… eventually sending 3 emailed notifications.

Anyway, that should be solved in 7.11.5…

I’m not sure how to debug this, maybe raise log levels to DEBUG and then try to compare the results for the user that has the bug with somebody who doesn’t have the bug… but it will take some work, as the logs are pretty verbose…
