Trim Related to Dropdown in Email

Can someone please advise me where i trim down the related to dropdown under the emails area :

Go to Admin -> Dropdown editor and change parent_type_display options.
Do Quick R/R to see new options.

@cherub-chum will this affect all such Dropdowns where a module type is to be selected? Or just in that particular screen?
