Tracking of emails

I am new to Suite CRM and just curious to know how email tracking can be done in Suite CRM. My requirement is to get following information from recipient.

Whether the recipient opened/deleted the mail
How many times he has opened.
Geographical location of the recipient when the mail is opened
Whether the recipient has forwarded the mail to somebody.
Whom he has forwarded.

Please suggest me any kind of extensions/modules are there with the same functionality.

Some of your requirements are part of the campaigns module:
. Whether the recipient opened/deleted the mail
. How many times he has opened

From my knowledge the rest is not part of SuiteCRM (geographical location, and forwarding options).

To achieve them you would need to develop some custom code.

Additionally SuiteCRM gives you the possibility to insert tracking urls/links in your email templates so if someone clicks those links you know who and how many times each recipient has clicked each of such links.

Is it possible to include Google Analytics tracker code inside the emails sent through SuiteCRM campaigns? That would provide all the rest of the information, if I’m not mistaken…
