How can i include the header nav and footer on my custom entry point that contains html file?

Add the code in the custom entry point as shown in the below screenshot.

@jessica1 if you want to include code in your posts, I suggest using copy-paste of the text, instead of screenshots, so that people can also copy-paste into their systems.

If you include the code inside triple-ticks, you will get a nice syntax-highlighting:
