Too many reminders for meeting

Hi,
I have a problem with my SuiteCRM 7.4.x. When I click Schedule Meeting in Calendar module it loads too many reminders by default and if I scroll down the popup windows page, it creates more and more reminders. You can see the scroll bar of attached image, these all reminders created automatically while Schedule visit.

Please help me ASAP.

I remember that there was an issue like this with 7.4.0, try to upgrade your system

yes, I have version 7.4.x.
