To assign a Security Group Management to a Lead

Have to assign a particular security group for a lead in suitecrm with workflow.
In detail,
Through Workflow, I have to assign a “ChennaiGroup” Security Group Management for a Lead.

I need a clue how to set this up and make it work. Does anyone have any instructions with testing examples I could use?
