Timeout when creating project from template

Version:

Version 7.12.6
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
PHP 7.4.33
Debian 11

When i try to create a project from a simple project template with tasks, SuiteCRM timeouts.

I have an other SuiteCRM instance where this template works.
What can cause this issue?
