I’m relatively a newcomer to suitecrm and have been experimenting with workflows where I’m sending out emails once a task has been completed. In the email template, I’ve included the start date, due date and completed date of the tasks (newly created field) which are set to Indian Standard Time (IST). However, in the email, I am only able to see the time in GMT.
Every user in the CRM has set their timezone to Asia/Kolkata and both the php.ini files (in apache2 and cli directories) have Asia/Kolkata as their time zone. Does anyone have suggestion on how to display these field values in IST in the email? Or can I modify the variables in the email template before they are sent out?
