I have created workflow that needs to assign to some other if still case is in new status for 5 minutes. But when we created record itself, the assignment is happpening.
The conditions what i have kept are status is new and date created is less than or equal to 5 minutes.Actually it needs to trigger after 5 minutes from record creation time.But it is triggering when we are saving the record it self.
Any one help me to resolve the issue.

If Possible, Would you be able to provide a screenshot of your Workflow’s Conditions & Actions?
It might give a little insight as to why this might be happening.
I have set the conditions and actions as per screenshots. Please check once and tell me if i kept wrong.

These conditions look fine.
I’ve tested it locally on SuiteCRM v7.5.3 and this works as expected.
What version of SuiteCRM are you running this on?
Do other workflows run as expected?
Do you have your Schedulers / Cron job set up?
I have set the scheduler and cron job also . My suitecrm version is 7.5.1 .
In 7.5.1 version , this type of workflows will not work?

This worked for me in 7.5.1 too.
If you navigate to Admin > Schedulers > “Process Workflow Tasks”
What shows on this page?
Does the Job Log contain anything?
What is the “Date & Time start” and “Last Successful Run”?
Process workflow tasks scheduler is running. Start Date is 01/01/2015 23:30 and last successful run is 03/18/2016 21:08.

I’ve attached my Conditions/Actions for you, maybe you can notice a difference that could give us a clue as to what the issue is.
Do you have another SuiteCRM instance that you could try this on?
Or, if not, Would you be able to give it a try on our
Demo instance? (Demo instance is currently on v7.5.2)
Do you still get this issue on either of these?
