I’ve been spending some time with SuiteCRM 8.9, and honestly, a few things really stood out to me 
Here are the 3 things I genuinely liked:
1. Speed
The overall performance feels much better. Navigation is smoother, list views load faster, and opening records doesn’t feel sluggish anymore.
2. Improved UI
The cleaner layout and modern navigation make a big difference. It feels more polished and easier to work with on a daily basis.
3. Security upgrades (2FA & more)
The addition of two-factor authentication and recent security improvements make it feel more production-ready and reliable.
And of course, there are a few things I miss in v8. x also,
1. Theme Compatibility
In version 7.x, there was a theme compatibitliy but in version 8, due to Angular in the frontend, the theme compatibility is removed.
