I wish I didn’t have to go back and forth between all my entries and just open them all at once for me to scroll through.

exactly where are you trying this? In which module?
Did you try the “View summary” option (in the history subpanel of Contacts module, for example)? You can configure which fields appear there.
You can also configure the number of lines shown in a list view.
