i have configure the email setting of gmail account but there are too many mail so want to known where those mails are stores.

I have checked it.

  1. Now the attach files which are attached in it where it is been stored to a particular folder.
  2. if my emails inbox & send folder have so many mails just say as 1gb or 2gb then it will be a big problem while taking backup of database and CRM data files.
    is their any solutions to overcome with this above two problems.
