How are you today ?
One of my customer is asking me for some “maybe” crm.

25 users :
15 using thunderbird
8 using MS Outlook 2016
2 using Apple Mail

He would like to be able to automatically add any new email inbox, to a crm if possible.

Do you thing it can be possible using SuiteCRM ?

The main goal is to have a center with all the contacts’datas and to let users share these informations.

You should evaluate the possibility of using SuiteCRM internal email client, but it is not as full-featured as any of those email programs.

Integrations with Thunderbird and Outlook will cost you periodic fees:

I think there used to be a Thunderbird integration, but I can’t find it in the store now, maybe it’s not maintained anymore.

I never heard of any integration with Apple Mail…
