The assigned user does not see the report

Hi, if I’m an administrator no problem but if I assign a report to a user, without modification but only visualization, the user cannot see the results.

In practice owner does not seem to work for the report role but only if it’s “all”.

Any ideas and suggestions for this?

Please note: the user in question has visibility into the data that are in the report.

7.11.2 version (but for business reasons, I can’t perform any updates for now).

This is not a scheduled report (for now).

I just want that the user to be able to access the module, his report and view results.

All this happens but the user does not see results.
I did tests with different roles but I only see the results of the reports if I am admin.

It’s very possible that this is a bug that is already solved since 7.11.2…

If you can upgrade at least in a clone system, just as a test to check, that would be great. This work will also help you prepare for the actual production upgrade later.

Maybe you can also explain in a little more detail what you mean by “can’t see the results”. Is there a message on screen? Or in the logs? A blank screen? Javascript errors in the browser’s Developer console?

it’s a report with parameters.
With exactly the same type of selection, if I am an admin I upload the results, if I am a user it does not find any records and the results table remains empty.

Are you using any DATE field as a parameter in the Report? Have you tried to change the Format of Date in the Args column in the Column Selection ?

No, There are no dates in the report and in the parameters.
