Testing Quote Module

We are testing SuiteCRM.
It is installed under Ubuntu, version 8.8.1

We are trying to get the quotes module and hand at a certain point.
I think we setup all master data required; vat_list, contact, account, products and product category.
When tryin to enter a quote, we get on the line item level a screen whose field names are ‘undefined’. Did we forget to set something up?

Being here, where can I set quote, order and invoicing numbering.? In drop down editor too?

Hey, from my understanding this could be an permissions issue.

Does the logs show any evidence of this?

Agree with @RickfiregamesPT when you see “undefined” on the front end, it 9 times out of 10 a permissions issue. See the documentation for your version and re-set the permissions. This is good practise as maintenance item from time to time anyway. After upgrades this can get out of whack.
