Test Directory missing in my instance

I am reading this documentation about testing SuiteCRM https://docs.suitecrm.com/developer/automatedtesting/writing-tests/

and I couldn’t find the directory SuiteCRM\tests it refers to. I thought it might be that my instance was outdated I tried upgrading from 7.11.8 to 7.11.10 but the test directory is still missing. Will taking the \tests\ from github and placing it in my instance work out fine?

That directory is not included in the packages.

You can grab it fro Github, yes.
