Telephony - VoIP Connector
Since Interaction with Customers is now mostly done via Calls, a VoIP integration plugin with most popular server such as Grasshopper would really give SuiteCRM a boost.

Social Media Connector
Getting in leads from Facebook, Twitter and other major social media platfroms should be easy. For now the web2lead form is only for placing on the website but what about getting leads from facebook?. There should also be possibility that rather than adding the incoming record to Leads, it can go to Contacts directly?

For calls there are a few plugins from 3rd party vendors on the suite store that may be appropriate https://store.suitecrm.com/search/1/call/

For social media. there is currently the connects in the Admin panel that was used from SugarCE but I believe the facebook connector may be broken as the API for facebook is constantly changing :slight_smile:
