Target to target list automatically

Hello,
when I submit the web-to-target form, The submitting data directly stored the target list
whether it’s possible or not
If, any alternative ways there, please let me know.

Have a look at the Workflows module.

You can create an On Save workflow for New Records, that adds the new target to a Target List.
