is there a way to import target list contacts via csv?
Importing targets is not the solution Iam looking for, there will be no connection between contacts.
The other way I found is to put the data directly into the database. But there are three tables involved.
Is there a easy way for this problem?

Do your Contacts already exist in your database, and you just want to import the fact that they belong to a Target List? I mean, is the information you want to import the relationship, or the records themselves, or both?
Which 3 database tables are you referring to?
