System setting, Studio is not responding from admin page

When I try to click System setting, Import Wizad, then only white screen come… Is any have any idea why ??

check your logs, webserver’s logs and suitecrm logs

It was php version problem. My apache was running on PHP 7 but for suite we need v 5 so when I degrade the version. it is fine now. Thanks for your support
