Hello, we are having an issue which any update we make to the “system settings” is not saved, just for an example we changing Listview items per page: to 30 and right after we go back to the system settings page we see it is still 20.
We ran the following command:
sudo chown -R apache:apache .
sudo chmod -R 755 .
sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php
What else is needed in order to get it to work? thanks.
What is your SuiteCRM version? There was a bug with this, but it is already solved in the latest versions.

Version 7.10.22
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)
I believe 7.10.24 has this fixed.
you can also search Github for the exact fix and apply only that one, if you prefer.

If you’re not comfortable searching GitHub, you shouldn’t be manually applying fixes either
