Sync with existing database

Hello folks,

I am new in SuiteCRM and I want to use integration with our existing database.

Currently, we use our own developed products in our operations and all our customers information is registered there /Oracle database/. But our system does not have a CRM module and we want to use SuiteCRM.

How to sync the SuiteCRM database from the existing database? Is there any solution?

  1. In which Framework/Technology your existing system was built?

  2. May I know how Customer Information is stored in Oracle Database ? Using your Developed Product?

  3. You want to sync Customer Information which is registered in Oracle Database to SuiteCRM Module like Leads/Contacts?

If you want to Sync Customer Information of your existing system to SuiteCRM Module then we need to use SuiteCRM API. So whenever any information store in your existing system then it will be added in SuiteCRM module

  2. All user information is stored in the Oracle database.
  3. Yes, I want to sync all information to SuiteCRM from my Oracle database.
