Sync fields between modules Leads and Contacts

I was looking in Studio how to sync a new manually created field in Leads to Contacts.
Is there anyone who has had this problem and can help me?

Do you mean, “Convert Lead” to Contact? It copies the Lead’s fields, to the new or existing Contact.
