Now if a click on support link it will take to suitecrm website. What i am trying to do is when i click on support link it will open quick compose box and take the email id automatically which i will specified.
How can i do that ?

Is this the support link in the top right menu?
If you need to modify files, you will need to learn to search the project files for the code that relates to this and change it.
