suitecrmtranslations.zip - Failed to install language pack

Hi,

Just installed the new version and wanted to install the language package, i follow the instructions and when i try to upload the zip file on the load modules i get this error

ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://suitecrmtranslations.zip): Directory(/tmp/KzJnWi)

got the same error and changed folder owner to www-data and permissions but after uploading i get a screen like this one

I have a problem installing the language pack. this massage when process install is complete: ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://suitecrmtranslations.zip): Directory(/tmp/PnxztJ).

The file downloaded from https://crowdin.com/project/suitecrmtranslations

I’ve searched in many forums, but I can not find a solution, I have re-package the file, but it not work. and on the login page there is no language option.

Please help me.

You are doing it all wrong
1- You can only upload a single language pack each time.
2- You need to upload the language pack to “MODULE LOADER” not to upgrade wizard!

The upload from suitecrmtranslations.zip in the moduleloader brings:


ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://suitecrmtranslations (1).zip): Directory(/var/www/html/suitecrm/cache/upgrades/temp/WBMb66)

the upload and Installation from de.zip works fine :slight_smile:

The main ZIP is not to be used, its not an installable zip pack!

You find that info in the site:
Don’t use the download button from the main page: first click on a country flag to open the related language page. Then use the download button (cloud icon at top right). You will get the specific language pack, in zip format, ready to be uploaded to your SuiteCRM instance.
