i upgraded suitecrm to version Version 8.5.0
i noted that i have to try several times with correct password before the system logs me in. the error i get is “password incorrect” but after many attempts and refreshing the page with the same credentials it eventually goes through.
please advise how to resolve this error. it is quite frustrating. i will appreciate any advise giving.
I’ve seen that it only happens after I’m refreshing a page after being away for a while and it redirects to the login page.
What works for me is to then remove the parts after your main url, and just reload your base url.
So instead of
https://yoursite.com/public/legacy/index.php?action=Login&module=Users
Just load
https://yoursite.com
