It is noticed that all views folder files ( views/view.edit.php etc) ,display and predisplay not working in suite8.
Is there any development guide or links available to know correct path of development in suite8?

there is this, although it is still a “work in progress”
Note that the differences you observed depend on the modules. Some modules are still going through the old architecture.
