When I create a new record in the Accounts module, this license text appears on the address fields in the detailed view, how can I remove it?

That is a typical problem when some file gets corrupted and is missing a PHP delimiter. Start by trying a “Quick Repair and Rebuild” from Admin/Repairs, and if that doesn’t solve it, you’ll need to get more information on this, check your logs.
If you have some customizations or add-ons, they might be causing this.

Thanks now it works properly.
Edit: Even though I repair it, the same error persists in Contacts module.
