I am having problem integrating with SuiteCRM with Mautic. When I deploy the two solutions in a VPS (Digital Ocean) for example, the integration works perfectly.
When deploying to a VM, installing the same version of all software and maintaining the same configuration structure, the following error occurs when attempting to access the SuiteCRM API: Authorization failure with error message, 'An unknown error was encountered while try to get the access token. ’
Would anyone have a hint of which Linux server configuration Ubuntu 16.04 + Apache2 + PHP 7.0.30 might be affecting this configuration?
