SuiteCRM Web Analytics not able to open the using IP address

Hi Team,

I have installed the SuiteCRM Data Integration in my cloud server it’s installed successfully, as we as I have installed the SuiteCRM Web Analytics in the same cloud server and its running.

The problem is the web interface is not able to access using the IP address of the cloud.

please suggest me how we can access the Web Analytics Reports outside the server.

Is port 8080 open? The SuiteCRM Analytics Webserver is tomcat based which runs on port 8080 by default

Thanks for your suggestion it’s working after port issue.
But how the analytics tool works with production server data.
