It depends on how you host the crm, you have to look for firewall rules/missing port forwardings. But to be clear: this is not a suite-topic, this relates to hosting in general.

its not about suite, its about the server configuration and the network. you won’t solve that issue from within suite (assuming that you’re still referring to the local ip issue from the previous thread). Or is Suite working like you need it and it is now actually only about web analytics?
