SuiteCRM & VPN

I have some users using the CRM from China, and they need to constantly connect and disconnect their VPN in order to do searches in Google as it is banned in China. The problem we are having is that everytime they connect or disconnect the VPN, the CRM disconnect too and they have to log in again every time, and for them I am sure is a pain in the ass. Is there a way or configuration for the CRM not to close every time they connect or disconnect the VPN?

Disable client IP verification using the following steps:

Navigate to Admin > System Settings.
Scroll to the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
Uncheck "Validate user IP address".
Click "Save" to preserve the change.
