Hi All

I have my SuiteCRM on my company server.

I would like a third party to view the details in my SuiteCRM.

Is there any way that I could enable this without the third party getting access into company server.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean to giving access to the CRM? or to the server file system?

Also, if you want customer to self service then you can use SuiteCRM Portal or even customize as per your need, CRM has rich API available.

To be specific

One of our third party wants to access our Suite CRM account inorder to see the data.

As the suite crm is installed on our company server, we would initially have have to give him an access to the company server inorder to get an access to The Suite CRM.

which we don’t wish to do!!

Is there any other means I can share my Suite CRM profile with the third party?

@jbabu I’m afraid we don’t yet understand your case. Are you saying your company server is located behind a firewall orthere’s some other setup in place so that it is not accessible from outside network, hence you’d need to give “access to the company server”?

Also, what kind of third party are we talking about? A partner? Vendor? Customer? Competitor :wink: ?

What would they be doing? Just look at the data or also make edits? Create new records?
