I am relatively new to sales. Yes, i know what CRM is, this is why I downloaded and installed SuiteCRM.
Up to now I was using my own semi-automated system to store relevant customer data, but it is time to switch to a real CRM.
Is there a tutorial on how to use SuiteCRM? All I found is descriptions and all sort of installation/configuration guides.
What I am after is a description of typical workflow process and use cases.
Sort of life-cycle of sale – from opportunity to lead generation to customer management. A user manual that can be given to sale person.
I know what I want to do, I am not sure how to do it with SuiteCRM
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hello Rudolf,
Suitecrm based on SugarCRM 6.5.20 and has some enhancements and additional features that are not available in the basic version.
There are multiple possibilities

If I interpret your first name correctly, the German version could help. Although already older, but meets the Sugar version quite yet.

I know it is a German name, but I was born in Russia, although I understand any technical docs better in English
