is it possible to open an existing record in suitecrm using the url pattern as of now we can create a new record with the url and apped as many field to reinserted in defined fileds

i was doing the astrik call center software connectivity with suitecrm

for the last variable record do i need to put exact word record and in place of id should the unique hashvalue come?

it should be the id of the record which is a hash in sugar. Like so:

index.php?module=Accounts&action=EditView&record=eb106b20-4eef-a5c4-c416-53d0ddea115c

can i put my customized id while uploading csv…does it ok?

Its just editing a record via the url like you asked! I have no idea what your talking about with customized id while uploading csv.?
