SuiteCRM upgrade from 7.4.3 to 7.7.2?

Hi All,

Just wish to know if there is a way to upgrade a existing install of SuiteCRM 7.4.3 to SuiteCRM 7.7.2…cause’ only oldest supported version which available of upgrade package to 7.7.2 is 7.5.x

Hi,

You should be able to update to 7.7.2, though you will require some extra steps.

You can upgrade from 7.4.3 to 7.6.6 using the package called: SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.4.x-to-7.6.6

Then, from 7.6.6 to 7.2.2 using the package called: SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.6.x-to-7.7.2

Both can be found at: https://suitecrm.com/download

I would recommend, before each upgrade, Running a Quick Repair and Rebuild, (and execute anything that appears), and re-setting permissions.

You may also wish to take a backup of your CRM and DB before running the upgrades.
