Hey everyone,
As we are now at the end of April, we thought it would good time to give you all a quick update.
We released the SuiteCRM 8.3 Beta at the end of March and are currently in the process of preparing the production release, which will be available in a few weeks time.
In addition to the features included in the beta release (Subpanel Filters, Load More and Notifications), we will also be including a change to the design of the Admin Panel, which we hope will make it easier for admin users to find the settings they are looking for:
We have also updated the Administrator menu, which will make it easier to navigate between settings:
More information on these changes will be available in the release notes and user guide, once we reach the production release of 8.3.
There are more exciting design improvements planned for future releases including a streamlined Navigation Bar, Record View Useful Bar (to simplify access to common actions e.g. save/edit ) and the ability to view hidden fields on Listview, to name but a few.
We will of course be putting a big focus on PHP compatibility over the next few months and will be looking for your support to help us test, find and resolve PHP version released issues.
