I need that when Tele calling executive Edit the Contact with details about Call details & then I need reminder to be set that when the Telecaller / Tele-marketing executive should make the Call. Please advice… I can I set the date/time reminders to follow up a particular call.
I need to update the URL link also in every description field of Contact details via Import Contacts so that It can be clicked & telecalling can view it directly.
Apologies, I want to add a field in Contact Edit View / Display view with a URL like http://www.example.com/username=XXX&id=2 … Which is correct field to upload such data via Import Contact. I mean that URL click should open in new window.
For the Point 2 below… i.e. adding the URL has been achieved… I have created the custom field with URL attribute & added to contact form… Thanks… Just thought to share with all.
can you share with me your process of creating a CRM mainly for tele marketing purposes? I would like to create a CRM for a tele marketing company whom would like to use CRM powered platform.
The objective is simple. I want to import a bunch of listing into the system. Tele sales will be able to make call based on the list. There are few questions which i would like your kind suggestion.
After import, i would like the tele sales team to be able to view the listing and update the detail of the listing. Do i need to segregate the listing to specific tele sales person for them to perform tele sales? Can i achieve this by just routing it to the group of tele sales rather than one by one?
How can we recycle the listing for another product? Can we set a timer of the last contacted activity, e.g. i will need my tele sales team to contact back the listing after a period of 2 months maybe for the same products or different product.
Your suggestion or guide would be very much appreciated.
