I have Suitecrm on AWS server , i big one considering the number of users and data we have, nevertheless, it is moving very slow. I have a dev that i used to set it up, but he wont tell me what he is doing to fix it, it runs slow every month and he fixes it , and he charges me a lot to fix it, I am tired of being hustled
so here is what I am looking for, someone that I can hire to fix my slow crm and create a process that fixes it automatically, i also need to hire someone to make an exact copy of the aws server and suitecrm, perhaps new install later? please help
Isn’t an aws instance logged? Can’t you see his commands run in history to see what he’s doing?
- Are there particular tasks or modules that are slow?
- Their is a Scheduler Job called “Prune Database on 1st of Month” which runs every month and cleans up those soft deleted record to clear up the DB. Please do check this scheduler is active or not.
