Suitecrm R theme not displaying correctly.

Hi all, I have upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2.2 in order to use the responsive theme. Upgrade seems to have gone ok, its only when i enable the new theme in admin that everything goes all screwy.

I changed permissions to the new themes folder to 775, which pushed it in the right direction as some of the formatting started to show, but still i have this.

can anyone tell me what i have done to wrong. Much appreciated.

Ctrl+F5/clear cache in your browser. Also run a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair to clear system cache.
