Actualmente las versiones de SuiteCRM tiene como linea base para el manejo de data y configuraciones la base de datos MySQL.
Hay alguna versión de Suite CRM que trabaje con linea base Postgress

The answer is no, but if you search Github you’ll find some efforts to make that transition, quite advanced, but never finished.
SuiteCRM 8 will be moving to Doctrine, which should allow you to use PostgreSQL. But since there is still a legacy SuiteCRM 7 inside SuiteCRM 8, it is not currently a reality.
I would advise you to give up on PostgreSQL with SuiteCRM unless you can wait a significant amount of time (maybe a year, or maybe more).
