I had an issue with apache and after reinstalling the apache i am now getting this page when i try to load crm .
This issue is specifically Related to Apache Configuration and web server settings. Not a suitecrm issue.

Did you enable php again (e.g. a2enmod php7.2)?

This seems to have resolved the issue partly .Now i can access the login page and once logged in i get this error .
Could not connect to the database. Please refer to suitecrm.log for details (0).
And do the credentials work that are given in your config.php (did you test them from your webserver, so are you able to use tools like adminer/phpmyadmin for example)?
I assume that these tools would not work either, did you run apt-get install php-mysql too?
