SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin Error


I’m trying to send a number of email to clients using outlook and syncing these to SuiteCRM.

Once I have sent a number of email, I try to sync these using the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin. The first email is fine, however the subsequent emails fail for the following reason.

SuiteCRMAddin.Exceptions.AlreadyArchivedException: Not Archiving email “xxxxxxxxxx” because it is already marked as archived.

The emails are going to different contacts so there is no duplication as I need to track the activity.
