SuiteCRM not responding after editing Outbound Emails

Hi there,

I’m using SuiteCRM 7.10.9 launched on an Ubuntu machine with PHP 7.0.

I recently added an outbound email to a user and after I clicked save, SuiteCRM hung up. I tried refreshing and I got ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I tried restarting the apache2 server and I still get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I tried clearing the inbound_email table and the outbound_email table and I still get ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I can’t imagine it being a problem with apache2 since it was just working.

There’s no entries in suitecrm.log at the time of trying to reload the page.
There’s no entries in /var/log/apache2/access.log at the time of trying to reload the page.
There’s no entries in /var/log/apache2/error,log at the time of trying to reload the page.

Is there a cache file/table I can clear? Is there anything else I can do? This is the second time I’ve stumbled across this problem and the solution last time was to just start again. I really don’t want to have to do that all over again.

Never mind, the URL was using HTTP instead of HTTPS
