SuiteCRM Import/Export Chinese characters doesn't work

Hi,

We have the SuiteCRM 7.1.7 Edition.

In the CRM, you have an import and export function for data. At the moment, we can import/export Chinese characters or data in general, however it does not display the Chinese characters correctly. They show up garbled.
ps, just only Quotes\Report\Contracts\Invoices module have the issue, other modules like Contact support Chinese.

I am wondering if you solved this issue and how?

and export Chinese correctly in Reports Module in 7.1.1

I changed the Import/Export Character Set to EUC-CN, and Chinese characters are exported normally.

Is it a bug?
